THE THROUGHLINE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for allowing me to help you build a well-edited wardrobe.

Billing

The Throughline is a recurring subscription, billed quarterly or annually depending on your plan. Your rate is locked in for as long as you remain continuously enrolled.

Availability

Text access (WhatsApp or Telegram) is available Monday through Saturday, during business hours. I don't respond on Sundays. In most cases you'll hear back within a few hours, sometimes sooner. Occasionally it may take up to 24 hours.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll return at the current rate rather than the rate you originally locked in.

Member Discount

The 20% discount on Edit and Find sessions applies only while you're actively enrolled in the Throughline. It ends as soon as your membership does, it isn't available to past members or held over after cancellation.

I offer refined, personal styling that lets your character come through, not a formula imposed on you. I approach every closet and every client with honesty, creativity, and respect, and I support conscious consumption over unnecessary buying.
